Who we are
Bravo Grand is multi-member limited liability company in Denton County, Texas. Our purpose is to create inspired custom designs for new construction in commercial, residential and landscape architecture. Since the beginning of modern construction the designer/architect operates as executive project manager overseeing and commanding all contractors involved, as sponsor’s advocate.
When multiple projects are engaged in special projects and large projects the sponsor’s need an overarching Program Management group to guide, synchronize, consistently inspect and control EVERY contractor in each step to achieve sponsor’s desired outcome, even if this means sanctioning, disqualifying, debarring, and replacing contractors – ultimately at financial loss to the contractor for individual performance failures including small actions by contractor(s) which demonstrating are less than ‘good faith’ as measured in every interaction including failure to disclose minor events.

We do not collect an email address unless your are logging into our project sponsor portal, or subcontractor portal.

Visitor supplied images are not uploaded though this website. Any attempt to upload an image will be rejected by our security system

THERE IS NO PROVISION to OPEN a login account yourself. Each project will have dedicated url with login to our service portal AFTER we create your login(s). When you visit our portal login page, the webserver will automatically set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. a complete disclosure with our terms of use are provided on our service portal for persons officially engaged with our projects.
Embedded content from other websites
We DO NOT include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.) from other websites. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
For users that register for website portal access (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All officially approved users with a approved login we specifically issued: can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an official online account with us, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. ALL COMPANY & PROJECT DATA will be retained to meet legal record retention compliance standards. While you can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you this does not override any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
All data transmissions, website interactions, website activity may be checked through an automated spam detection service. We do not offer or engage services with companies and persons not already known.
